Production
we make all jewellry pieces in  our own study in Gothenburg Sweden. All pieces are marked with 925 (sterling silver), year, maker and G for Gothenburg. Our jewellry is handmade and small differences in appearance may occur. Letter stamping is also made by hand.
Gemstones are tested with diamond tester, refractometer and other equipment.
Isidra is a part of Oak Road Design AB and we are VAT registered.

Shipping
Shipping cost within EU is 10€. Normal shipping time 7 - 14 days. For specially designed and produced items the time can be longer.

Returns
You have the right to return items that are not specially designed or letter stamped, within 14 days after the purchase. The return cost is payed by the buyer.
